A massive modular factory plans to open in the former Sears warehouse that spreads through Hanover Twp., Sugar Notch and Warrior Run. Praxis Modular announced it will open the largest volumetric modular factory in North America at 1055 Hanover St. in the Hanover Industrial Estates.The 275,000-square-foot facility is four to five times larger than most modular manufacturers and the output will be five to six times greater than the conventional modular manufacturers. .About 120 new jobs will be created at its new location where Praxis will produce wood, light gauge steel or structural steel modules for projects throughout the Northeast.
